She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Morton and Helen Chandler Woodward (Ahrens); her siblings, John Henry Woodward, Frederick F. Woodward and Virginia A. Woodward (Arthur M. Woll); and her great-nephew Daniel H. Woodward.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Gretchen W. Caplinger of Falls Church, Lillian Fitzgerald of Winston-Salem and Alan Woll (Kathie) of Blevins, Arkansas.; and her nephews, Richard H. Woodward (Martha) of Goffstown, William T. Woodward (Patti) of Lake City, John F. Woodward (Gwen) of Omaha and Charles A. Woodward (Lisa) of Avon, Ohio.. She is also survived by four step grandchildren, three great grandchildren and three grandnieces and six grandnephews, six great grandnieces and five great grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts be made in honor of Priscilla to the Hospice of the Piedmont, Culpeper, VA.
