“Richard Parker was my neighbor and Friend for over 18 years. He was always a positive and friendly person and a great neighbor. I enjoyed the times we spent discussing all sorts of subjects and hearing his opinions. He was certainly well gifted in his knowledge of Computers and just what made them "tick". On numerous occasions he assisted me with his vast knowledge of why my PC was not cooperating with me. I knew him by his nickname "Red" and will sorely miss him. Farewell my Friend! CTMc”
