He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Duncan and Carol Gene Bourquin; and his son Christopher Scott Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lynne Duncan; his sons, Jeffrey Thomas Duncan, Michael Christopher Duncan and Gregory James Duncan; and the mother of his child Carol Gene Bourquin.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
He was a proud Freemason, embracing the traditions of brotherhood, charity, and community involvement.
