He is survived by: his children, Denise West (Robert) of Voorhees, NJ, Kenneth Holsopple (Nancy) of Reno, TX and Natalie Onate (Jeffrey) of Enchanted Oaks, TX.; and his grandchildren, Jennifer West, Amanda West-Habib, Kevin Holsopple and Brian Holsopple. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
