He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie and Rufus Outerbridge, Sr.; and his brothers, Carl and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Gertrude "Windy"; his daughters, Danielle Nicole and Chavonne Noel (Franklin); his grandchildren, Brandon, Ashley (Javier), Briyah (Jason), Christian and Ava; and his siblings, Elbert (Mary), Korey (Bella), Aleta, Katrina, Kathleen and Ebony. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
