She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr Clifford Flanders and Grace Morris Flanders; her husband Don Williams; her stepdaughter Jessie English (Matt); her grandson Daniel English; and her siblings, Grace, Clifford and Edith Flanders Lambert. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.

After 17 years, she moved to the Internal Revenue Service to monitor private companies' contributions to retirement funds.
