He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kaye and Adeline Kaye; and his brother Marty. He is survived by: his wife Susan Switkin Kaye; his children, Barbara, Julie, Jill and Daniel; his grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Aidan and Lucy; and his brother Roger.
