She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernie Meade and Juanita Meade (Hill); her husband Roger Crummer; and her siblings, Carolyn Haden, Peggy Comer and Danny Meade.

She is survived by: her children, Laura Gac (Bob), Jim Crummer and Leigh Banducci (Pat); and her grandchildren, Sam Crummer (Ali), Allie Gac Wertz, Josh Crummer (Halie), Chris Gac, Claire Banducci and Matthew Banducci. She is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
