He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Matilda Kitchen (Hoover); his parents, Thomas Marvin Kitchen and Mary Frances Kitchen (Aylor); and his brother Everett Ross Kitchen. He is survived by: his children, Frederick, Thomas, Theodore, Jr. and Heidi.
