He is survived by: his sister Nancy; his wife Ling Rabert; his cousin Donald Gordon Steiner; his niece Deborah; his nephew Clifford Thompson of Missouri; his brother-in-law John Varnum; his niece Gentry Purvis; his nephews, Shelby, Shane and Danny Bryant; Susan Morgan of Arizona.
