He is survived by: his wife Helen To; his children, Steve To, Scott To and Dion To; his daughters-in-law, Rejy Sargan To and Tram Nguyen To; and his grandchildren, Theo and Lucas. He is also survived by his sister; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
