She is survived by: her husband Tony Owens; her brothers, Gary Spicer, Terry Spicer and Barry Spicer; her sisters-in-law, Carrie Spicer, Karen Delp (Rusty) and Kathy Archer; and her friend Jackie Blankenship Dalton. She is also survived by best friend who was much like a sister.
