He was predeceased by: his wife Denise Anne Catherine Assa (Kelly) of Dublin; his parents, Nissim Assa and Fanny Assa; and his sister Rose Cario. He is survived by: his children, Corinne Assa-Sykes (Robert Sykes), Vivanne Neilan (Michael), Bernard Benassa, Janine Asante and Yolande Blass; his grandchildren, Amanda Askin (Spencer), Zachary Sykes (Bethany), Christopher Neilan (Brittany), Rachel Sykes, Jeremy Neilan (Brittney), Harbor Caitlyn Benassa, Ryan Benassa and Alina Blass; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Austin of Noah, CJ, Clare and Sadie.
