Dawn Kelley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dawn Kelley (Falls Church, Virginia), who passed away on November 10, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dawn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dawn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Southard and Eleanor Noto. She is survived by: her sons, Doug (Lynn) of Arlington, VA and Gregory of Springfield, VA; her grandchildren, Clara, Nora, Evelyn, Grant and Colin; and her siblings, Clayton Noto (Brenda) of Lexington, VA and Vicky Debree (Robert) of Palm Coast, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Heart Association.
