He was also cherished by his extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jc's Banquet & Convention Centre (1686 Ellesmere Rd, Scarborough, ON M1H2V5). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the National Funeral Home (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042). A committal service will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the National Memorial Park (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
In 2010, Felix developed Parkinson's Disease, but this didn't slow him down.
