He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wellington and Margaret Wellington (Ellsworth). He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Stephanie Katsaris (Richard); and his grandsons, Hunter and Tyler.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (1102 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046).
