He is survived by : his wife Mary; his son Herbert Matthew Boggs, II (Cassie); his siblings, Mike, Tommy and Mindy; and his pet Rocky.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Home (1102 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046).
