She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Boyd and Jean Boyd. She is survived by : her husband Ron Frank; her sons, Darren and Travis Tompkins; her stepchildren, Deborah Stanley, Ken Frank and Rebecca Frank-Hogren; and her grandchildren, Josie, Izzy, Carson, Carter, Ella Tompkins, Robert, Jeffery, Rachel Stanley, Danny, Claire Frank and Alexis Hogren.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to one of Twyla's cherished causes, continuing the compassionate work she held dear to her heart.
