She is survived by: her husband James William Rorrer, Jr.; her sons, Jim Bailey (Cindy) of Falls Mills, VA and Alex Rorrer (Gena) of Oshkosh, WI; her brother Jack Sarver of Bluefield, WV; her sister-in-law Janice Sarver of Abbs Valley, VA; her grandchildren, Cortni Smith (Ben), Jarrod Bailey (Callista), Kaila Taylor (Robbie), Jessica Lloyd (Mike), Tom Rorrer (Olivia) and Frank Rorrer; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Willow, Reese, Harper, Porter, Abigail and Greyson; and her sisters, Phyllis Adkins and Regina Ramey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dudley Memorial. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Dudley Memorial Chapel (729 Virginia Ave, Bluefield, VA 24605). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grandview Memory Mausoleum Chapel (38659 Gov George C. Peery Hwy, Bluefield, VA 24605).
