He is survived by: his mother Wilma Jean; his stepfather Mark Hooker; his siblings, Jeremy Perdue (Sarah), Kayla Day (Dakota) and Devan Smith (Brandon); his grandmothers, Alice Hooker and Wilma Green; and his nieces and nephews, Ella Perdue, Wyatt Perdue, Harper Perdue, Charley Day, Seth Smith and Emma Smith. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and many special friends.
