He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Bunn and Rita Bunn; and his wife Norma Ruth Bunn. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Bunn; his children, Kim (Allen Robinson), Brian (Beth Bunn), Brett (Jennifer Bunn) and Joel (Amy Bunn); his grandchildren, Austin Bunn (Lauren), Jon Robinson (Katie), Kymbre Robinson (Andrew Simmons), Emily (Daniel Lauterbach), Erin Bunn, Vivian Bunn, Ephraim Bunn, Gavin Bunn and Markus Bunn; and his great grandchild Wesley Bunn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Funeral Home (1035 N Main St, Hillsville, VA 24343). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bunn Family Cemetery.
Individuals are encouraged to donate resources or time to organizations including Scouting, Save the Children, and other philanthropies. Donations may also be made to the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC.
