He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Arthur Nixon and Lela Watson Nixon; and his sisters, Helen Beck and Hazel Brown. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Jolly Nixon; his children, Nathan Alexander Nixon, Brandy Nixon Pletcher (Todd) and Amanda Rae Nixon; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Shae, Liam, Keegan, Brooke, Brady and Emily; his great grandchildren, Nova, Adalyn, Maddox, Isabella and William; his siblings, Russell Nixon and Holly Wright; and his close friend Rosie. He is also survived by many cousins, close friends, and other beloved family members.
