We are sad to announce that, on February 28, 2026, at the age of 71, Roy Alan Kelley of Fancy Gap, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Roy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Roy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kelley and Sandra Hinson Kelley; his son Christopher Kelley; and his sister Terri Stinnett. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kelley; his children, Alan Shane Kelley (Charity), Ashley Austin (Lucas) and Candice Tozzolo (Michael); his daughter-in-law Michelle Kelley; his sister Robin Kelley; his nephew Jesse Shelton; and his siblings-in-law, Sherri and Mike Brown. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several step grandchildren; one great-grandson; several step great-grandchildren.
