He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hughes Goins and Effie Bowman Goins Reavis. He is survived by: his wife Brenda McDaniel Goins; his stepchildren, Jeremy Adkins (Tracie), Justin Stem (Rachel) and Jessical Plymal (Dewayne); and his sisters, Barbara Horton, Melody Marsh and Darlene Vass (Jeff). He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vass Cemetery (985 Willow Shade Rd, Hillsville, VA 24343).
