He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Webster Pender, Jr. and Annie Lee Isenhour Pender. He is survived by: his sister Marsha P. Armes (Larry) of Burkeville, Virginia; and his half-brothers, Norman Pender of Orlando and Kevin Pender of Johnson City, Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
