He is survived by: his wife Judy H. Hartley; his siblings, Carolyn H. Martin, Brenda H. Thurston, Calvin C. Hartley Jr. and Donnie R. Hartley; his sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Reamer and Mary Sue Fitzgerald; and his pet Gypsy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
