He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Hannah Ragan and Lottie Ann Ragan (Childress). He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Ragan (Robertson); his daughters, Sharon Marie Allen (Gary) and Wendy Ann Vereek (Kevin); his grandchild Ashley Ann Russell (Andrew); his great grandchild Rylynn; his grandson Cody James Verbeek (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Coraline and Charlotte.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Nomini Baptist Church (19455 Kings Hwy, Montross, VA 22520).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
