He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edgar Shively and Susie Midkiff Shively. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Woods Shively; his daughters, Robin Barnes (Julian) and Jennifer Law; his grandchildren, Joseph, Hannah (Hayley), Danielle (Matt), Austin, Cameron and Cash; and his great grandchildren, Evie and Silas.
