He is survived by: his wife Angie; his son David (Paul); his siblings, Herbert Johnson (Jeanette), Vicki Strother (Bob) and Sandra Johnson; his sisters-in-law, Kim Good (Tim) and Rena Hilliard (Jeff); his aunt Ruth Crayne; his uncle Buddy Shetley; and his close friends, Brad Adkins (Carla), Joe Golding (Sandra), George Bateman, Billy Barnett (Becky), Becky, Paul, Kim Shively, Mike and Melody Love. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and close cousins.
