She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Shively and Lula Shively; her husband Buford; and her siblings, Mildred Scott, Mary Sauers, Geneva Hodges, Virginia Hodges, Opal Thompson, Millard, Kermit and Garvice Shively.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Michelle), Benny and Ricky (Dana); her grandchild Logan; her caregiver Doris Carter; and her brother-in-law Leslie Hodges. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
