He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Neal; his daughters, Jennifer Powell (Jason) and Rachel Villa (Jeffrey); his brothers, James Neal, Kevin Neal (Edith) and Shawn Neal; and his grandchildren, Marina, Isaac, Autumn, Joseph, Hannah, Hallie, Ethan Powell and Lydia Villa.
