He is survived by : his wife Hazel; his daughters, Jennifer Caldwell Crump and Tina Caldwell Mullins; his granddaughter Alysha Fralin (Daniel); his sisters-in-law, Joann, Shirley, Jenny and Beulah; and his close friend Timmy Dillon.
