He is survived by: his children, Charles "Chad" Long, Jr. (Jeanie) and Yolanda Smallwood (Danny Deskins); his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Browning (James), Megan Alexandra Smallwood and Charles "Trey" Long III (Emily); his great grandchildren, James Browning IV and Charles "Jace" Long IV; his sister Selma Sater; and his close friends, Jeff Eanes, Mark Gilbert and Andy Petty. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
