He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee "Buddy" Alley and Bonnie Alley. He is survived by: his wife Lori Alley; his children, Kimberly Babcock (Michael Iseman) and Kenneth Alley; his grandchildren, Abbigail Babcock and Blake Iseman; and his siblings, William Skeens (Kim), Raymond Alley (Shawn) and Mattie Bray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
