He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas Williams and Ada Virginia Baily Williams; his wife Norma Kendrick Williams; his brother Rufus Dean Williams; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Faith Williams.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Lee Williams (Pat), Brenda Sheryl Ashwell (Doug) and Deborah Williams Oakie (Tom); his son Thomas Carol "T. C." Williams, Jr.; his sister-in-law Joyce Epperly Williams; his grandson Logan Bryce Williams; his nephews, Robert Inman, Jeffrey Dean Williams and Brian Scott Williams; and his great-nephews, Isaac Reese Wood and Benton Nash Wood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
