He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. "Buford" Ratcliff and Gracie Harmon Ratcliff; his brother Carl Edward Ratcliff; and his half-brother Clifford David Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Smith Ratcliff; his sons, Timothy William and Jon; his daughter-in-law Ciera Ratcliff; his stepsons, Connor and Kieran Patterson; his brother Kelly G.; his sister-in-law Ruth R. Ratcliff; and his half-sisters, Marie W. Sigmon and Debbie W. Forgette. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, one step-granddaughter, one great- grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
