In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leiton E. Miller II and Geraldine Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Jill Brucene Smith of Roanoke, VA; and her siblings, Cynthia Pauley of Moundsville, WV, Roberta Offenbacker of Chillicothe, OH, Jannelle Miller of Beckley, WV, Leiton E. Miller III of Charleston, WV and Dennis L. Miller of Beckley, WV..
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, at 4:00 PM and at 4:30 PM. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Alleghany Memorial Park (7008 Winterberry Ave, Covington, VA 24426). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
