She was predeceased by: her parents, Patty Jo Workman and William Moneypenny. She is survived by: her stepfather William "Bill" Charlton; her children, James N. Shifflett, Jr. (Sonia) and Pamela S. Morris; her grandson Kendon J. Shifflett; her close friend James N. "Jimmy" Shifflett; and her sister Joanne M. Zook (family: Scarlett Gilkerson, Renee Moneypenny, Abigail Charlton). She is also survived by family.
