He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Ross Sullivan and Raymond Boyd Bright; and his siblings, Danny, Raymond, Mark and Donna.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Allen, Lorie Russ, Danielle Kelly and Kimberly Bright.
