She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Kelly and Bessie Mae Kelly; her children, Wilbur Ray Cassell, Joyce Ann Riverlend and David Donald Cassell; her granddaughter Melissa Dawn Cassell; and her siblings, Mary Jane O'Neal, Ray Kelly, Bobbie Kelly, Garnett Kelly and James Kelly.
She is survived by: her significant other Allen Beverage; and her children, Patsy Jane Tallman, Charles William Cassell and Barbara Ellen Grace Tallman. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; as well as numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, niece, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
