Though Easter may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Easter touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Preston Pitzer of Fishersville; her parents, Clinton Dewey Brown and Rebecca Lorise Brown (Glass); and her brother Douglas Brown. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia "Patty" Nulty (Butch) of Churchville; her brothers, Clinton C. Brown (Diana) of Batesville, VA and Wallace Brown of Kilmarnock, VA; and her grandchildren, Cammy Nulty and Tamara Johnson (Alex). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (301 Sheppard Ct, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
