She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Groah (Dock) and Carrie Painter Groah (Bell) of Fishersville; and her brother-in-law Mcgrady Sorrels (Mack). She is survived by: her sisters, Helen Sorrels and Thelma Elrod (William); her children, Tina Williams (Mike) and Daniel Rexrode; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Rexrode, Michael Williams (Shakeiva), Jason Williams, Cody Rexrode, Lacie Rexrode (Faith) and Vincent Rexrode (Christy). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, and plenty of nieces and nephews she loved.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Hazel's name to a charity of your choice.
