He is survived by: his son Kevin Todd Dewhurst (Sonya); his grandchildren, Jamie Dewhurst (Alexis), Raylene Dewhurst, Chelsea Lembo and Allysa Khouri (Marcus); and his great grandchild James Dewhurst.
