He is survived by: his children, Phillip N. Harper of Barren Ridge and Stacey Ann Hayes (Darrell) of Staunton; his sisters, Kathryn Humphreys of Stuarts Draft and Mary June Brown of Staunton; and his cousins, Jim, Mary Furr, Helen Gaiewski and Sara Frances Snelson.
It is suggested that those desiring make memorial contributions to Mr. Harper's special interest, the family cemetery, located in Franklin, West Virginia.
