She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Howard Derrow and Treva Florence Derrow (Shirkey); her siblings, Robert Derrow, Raymond Derrow, Elaine Armentrout, Lillian Elyard, Patricia Campbell, Naomi Comer, Florine Taylor and Ellen Virginia Derrow; and her nephew Donald Derrow.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Shook; and her sons, Wayne Shook (Julie Shook) and Charles Shook (Joann Shook). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
