He was predeceased by: his father John (Smedley Jr.); and his grandparents, Diane Palmer and John Smedley Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Melissa "Missy" Showers Smedley; his sister Diane Smedley; his half-sisters, Alyssa Carnes, Deadra Baggarly and Brittney Orndorff; and his grandmother Doris Smedley. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and other family members.
