He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Neira and Lyn Neira of Richmond, VA.. He is survived by: his girlfriend Connie Colloca; his sisters, Sandy Goulding (David) and Betsy Fodor (Chuck); his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Kevin, Katherine Goulding, Alison and Amanda Fodor; Bruce.
