He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Duncan and Della Duncan; and his siblings, Herbert Duncan, Lucille Lester and Shirley Weddle.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Graham (Jabe); his sister-in-law Nancy Setliff (John); his niece Nicole Waite (Scott); his nephew Herbie Duncan (Judy); Laura Faye Duncan. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
