He is survived by: his mother Frankie "Gay" Chaffin; his wife Vickie Chaffin; his daughters, Miranda Keith (Stacy) and Carrie Chaffin; his grandchildren, Haylee Chaffin Altizer (Kyle), Carter Keith, Kenzee Chaffin, Jaycee Chaffin, John Keith and Isaiah Keith; his great grandchild Avalynn Altizer; and his siblings, Becky Culbertson, James Chaffin, Stanley Chaffin, Susie Powers and Jeanette Addington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
