He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Carr and Marie Carr. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Spangler Carr; his daughters, Christy and Brittany Carr; his pet Darcy; his siblings, Sherry Hartsock (Ron) and Darrell Carr (Sonya); and his siblings-in-law, Vicky Shaffer (Ron), Tommy Spangler (Cappy) and Kenneth Spangler (Donna).
